TEN DAYS TO ONE MILLION VISITORS - If my calculations are correct , ten more days I should hit the one millionth visitor to my website. Deb is going to start today making a few smileboxes showing some past pictures over the last five years we have taken of toy people friends and my models. Tomorrow’s smilebox some of you may recognize someone you know or you may see yourself from past visits and fun we have had at toy shows together.

CASE-IH STX 450 TRACTOR AND SCRAPER- This picture of me was taken a few years ago at the Traverse City Case Dealer . As I stood there drooling at the awesome Quadtrack , I remembered our trip to North Dakota watching them being built. Little did I know that I would get to actually drive one in the dirt pulling a scraper someday and loading it !! In fact , I got to drive 6 different ones with scrapers !! Making toys sure has some advantages, ha,ha. Thanks again Mike for a wonderful three days in the dirt with you and Mikey.
DIET UPDATE- Deb and I had another successful day of eating yesterday under 2000 calories and walking. Eating sure isn’t as fun when you eat only good stuff, ha,ha. Eating a whole bag of apples is no-where near the fun as eating a whole bag of Potato Chips, (:&gt And eating 4 oz. of boiled chicken isn’t as fun as eating a whole bucket of greasy Kentucky Fried Chicken, UMM !! But we had fun getting obese together and now we enjoy working together to lose it. We know people who try to lose weight and one of them gets really mad at the other one because the other one still wants to eat junk !! We are very fortunate we do work together at it, otherwise it would be so much harder.
TULSA TRUCK MODEL UPDATE- I built the two fuel tanks and straps last night and mounted them to the frame. Today I am cutting out the rear cab wall and fitting it to the frame .
NUMBER TEN STATE IN THE U.S. - The next ten days I will also count down to the number one state in the U.S. with the most cities and the number one country around the world with the most cities in the last 12 months who were regular visitors to my webpage. . Going back just one year , I checked yesterday and I get visitors from every state and the 10th one on the list who sent visitors from different towns and cities in the last year is ( TEXAS !!! ) with 116 different towns and cities !! So thanks everyone in TEXAS who are regular visitors to my webpage !!
NUMBER 10 country - In the last year the number 10th country who has sent the most cities is ( SPAIN !! ) with visitors from 70 different Cities and towns around Spain. Thanks everyone in Spain !!
Tomorrow I’ll post the number nine state and country until we get to the number one and on that day , that should be the day I hit the One Million Visitor number , so along with the smileboxes and all , it should be fun the next ten days doing the final countdown to One Million Visitors. So be sure to check and see if you are in the top ten ?

ONE MILLION VISITORS - As you all know I am getting within three weeks of hitting the One Million Visitor number to my Webpage. Five years ago when Nicole built me the webpage as a Chirstmas Present , I had no idea it would still be going today . So everyone who continues to enjoy the webpage can certainly thank Nicole for being the one who has made it possible to share my toy building all over the world. And I also want to thank Deb as she has done a great job of helping me when Nicole can’t. All these years I never counted the actual cities that people were from. I always kept track of the countries and the total numbers , so today I went back just one year and the figures came out to 175,000 visitors from a WHOPPING! ( EIGHT THOUSAND !!!!!!!! DIFFERENT CITIES AROUND THE WORLD ) !!!! That is AMAZING !
Surprisingly close to 50% U.S. cities and the other 50% from over 100 other countries. To think as a little boy from the little town of Breckenridge, Michigan , I would grow up and people would know my name and see my toy building hobby from over 8000 cities around the world in just one year. That is pretty mind boggling !!
I really don’t think I am famous, ha,ha, but I think by these figures for just one year , my name is definately been mentioned around the globe a few times. As many of you know I am not a bragging person, so it is a little embarrassing to even talk about it. But what this leads up too is not embarrassing , but makes me very proud. I thank God !
TULSA OILFIELD TRUCK PROGRESS- Todays picture shows me holding the two side cab walls for the Tulsa . You can see the frame is on wheels and the rear bed has been bent and tapered . The rear bumper still gets cut more and more detail will be added.

Some of you might remember about a year ago Bill Goddard from California bought a rock crusher model from me . You might also remember I posted a few pictures of Bill’s awesome waterscapes on my webpage. Bill is a genious when it comes to making someones back yard transform from a flat grassy field to a backyard that looks like your living on a tropical Island !!
Bill told Deb on the phone the other day he only does about four jobs a year . So Deb told me later , he is a very nice guy, but not very ambitious ??, aye ? , just kidding Bill ,ha,ha,ha, (:>). I am truly honored someone as talented as you has one of MY models, thanks again !
Also thanks for offering to build us one of your masterpieces in our backyard at a special price ?, but no need , check the pictures on the smilebox, (:>). We got it covered, LOL
GETTING THINNER- Deb and I were up walking our first three miles this morning and have not gone over our 2000 daily calories yet since we started . We may be on our way this time and it feels great!! So Debbie B. from Nebraska !!, your going to have thin friends again, ha,ha,ha,.
THREE THOUSAND , THREE-HUNDRED AND NINETY CITIES-
In the five years of having a webpage/blog , I have never did the math of how many total cities in the world look at my webpage.
So I just figured since Jan. 08 til now which is just over 6 months how many visitors are from how many towns and cities . .
Today counting just in the United States from Jan. til now I have had visitors from 3,390 towns and cities !!! Very COOL !!
Tonight I will sit down and figure how many cities from all the other 100 + countries have visitied since Jan. of this year. Thanks again everyone for stopping by my website.
TULSA OILFIELD TRUCK - Tomorrow I will post the first progress pics . I got the front steering axle built and mounted to the frame . Now all the wheels are on and now I have a rolling frame.

Cape May , N.J - Here is a picture of Nicole and Bill standing on the very stylish porch of the very cool oceanside beachhouse they rented all last week on vacation at Cape May in N.J. . Bill’s folks and family all got together here for a 50th wedding Anniversary for Bill’s folks. Lot’s of fun and memories on the beach, dolphins, jellyfish, and fun at Atlantic City rounded off a perfect vacation. Now they are saving their pennies for their long awaited trip later this year to Italy . They did have the money all saved, but as our dollar decreases in value, now they have to save more, ha,ha.
Nicole said we will love going to Atlantic City and she is planning a future trip with us to go back there.
DAY 8 AND FEELING THINNER - Deb and I feel good knowing we managed to stay under the 2000 calorie number everyday of Alpenfest. We both did get a polish dog and saurkraut yesterday , but we counted it and stayed in our range so that was good. It takes 8 days of eating healthy for us to start feeling any better.
TULSA TRUCK- Tomorrow I will build the front steering axle assembly and should get the Tulsa frame sitting on the tires.
On this Sunday morning Deb and I feel very blessed and very thankful to God for the simple little life we live and seeing Nicole and Bill happily married . There is no greater feeling then seeing our kids happy as we grow old .
We need to see that God wants us to make good choices everyday too , so he can also be proud of his children and see them happy through his eyes.
